Please note, a return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not notified us about your intention to return the items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Store and online purchases can be returned in store (LABOUTIK, 58 DEAN STREET, W1D 6AL, LONDON) for a full refund or exchange. You’ll need your receipt or delivery note and payment card, unless you paid by gift card or eVoucher.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging. Some personal care items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. In addition, personalised and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged.


Please note, where discounts or promotions have been applied to online orders, a return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will have an additional 14 days to return the items. Where discounts or promotions have been applied to items purchased in-store, however, these items cannot be returned or refunded. If you are not happy with the promotional item bought in-store you can exchange the items within 7 days of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
